Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd What you’ll be doing Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton . In this permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday), you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting operational success. The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to: Delivering a high‑quality, cost‑effective service that exceeds customer expectations and consistently achieves zero customer complaints. Monitoring all jobs to ensure optimal quality, accuracy and operational efficiency. Managing and following up on all rework, write‑off and goodwill requests in a timely and thorough manner. Accurately entering and maintaining all required documentation within AX. Ensuring all labour hours are correctly recorded daily and promptly addressing any missing or inaccurate entries. Effectively managing SIP/WIP and providing accurate forecasting of invoicing expectations. Who are we and why work with us?
