The opportunity This role is one of a team of communication experts within the broader Corporate Communications, Planning and Performance team. As part of the team, this role is responsible to: Ensure that CHW maximises communication and engagement through the lens of our More than Water – 2040 Strategy. Maintain and assist in maturing brand and visual identity standards. Provide expert communications and engagement advice and support to the organisation to ensure that issues, and emergencies are communicated effectively, transparently, and in a manner that builds trust with our community. Ensure and build the reputation of CHW with our customers, community, stakeholders, and partners. Support the organisation to drive innovation and improvement in all communications and engagement. Support and guide the work of junior staff (if appointed) that may report to this role. Develop and document processes, procedures and pathways for outcomes and communication and engagement approaches to ensure community insights are understood, harnessed, and integrated into ongoing CHW communication and engagement activities.
