We will fully train the successful applicant with the qualities we are seeking in the role of a machine/packing operator on our GT1 Machine and dry pack role. This role would suit people who are just starting out in the workforce and looking at a career pathway or people looking to learn a new skill. Start time from 5am or 7am, normally for about 7-8 hours a day. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – We will train the right candidate Skills & Qualities Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg. Be able to stretch, bend and lift arms repetitively above shoulder height. Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees) Sound numeracy and literacy skills Be eager to learn and adapt to daily challenges A proactive-can do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement. Basic mechanical skills an advantage. Awareness and high regards in food safety, quality assurance would be good but we will train you. Duties & Responsibilities Operation of Automatic Bowl machine & food processing equipment Achieving output and line speed targets within set timeframes Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability Flexibility to work over-time hours as and when required and weekends.
