We are opening Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Casual and Part Time Personal Care Attendants to work at our Ocean View Retirement Village. What we offer Part Time: $34.59p/h relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances superannuation Casual: $43.24p/h (including casual loading) relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances superannuation Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community Your Impact Interact with residents within their homes or spend time out in the community completing daily activities (e.g. driving them to appointments) Supporting residents with recreational and social activities Assist residents with their day-to-day routines in line with their current needs (e.g assist around their unit) Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security and resident incidents Complete simple administration tasks, ensuring resident notes are up to date What you'll bring Experience within a Support Worker or Personal Care position, with a passion for independence and wellbeing Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance (required) Valid drivers license vehicle (required) Current First Aid & CPR certificate and two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required) Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you) Who we areAs a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience, Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
