Key Responsibilities Join a collaborative team where your organisation and coordination skills help power the day-to-day operations of our parks. You’ll: Liaise with Technical Service team to ensure rebuild timelines are met Manage and update ordering schedules when required Review purchases, manage pricing and track deliveries Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely receipting of goods Investigate and resolve with vendors any supply queries including delivery lead times, credits and price or quantity discrepancies Provide admin support across multiple sites Analyse inventory data and support financial forecasting Assist with shipping documentation and logistics coordination Update SharePoint and promoting visibility Create, review and maintain purchasing data within system to ensure accuracy What We’re Looking For Bring your spark and passion for purchasing, we’re seeking someone who makes procurement exciting.
