Working across modern web front-end and Java-based backend services, you will focus on solutions that are easy to operate in production and simple to extend as business needs evolve. This role suits an engineer who values quality, end-to-end ownership and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Deliver end-to-end features across front-end and backend services, from solution design through to production support, ensuring quality and reliability. Design and build well-structured APIs and user experiences that meet performance, security and operational standards. Contribute to technical decisions and solution design, balancing simplicity, maintainability and long-term value. Improve engineering effectiveness through automation, CI/CD practices and strong operational discipline. Collaborate closely with product, architecture, QA and platform teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. Support team capability through code reviews, knowledge sharing and contribution to shared engineering standards. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting production software systems, with strong end-to-end ownership. Front-end development experience using React, Angular and modern JavaScript or TypeScript to build user-focused experiences. Backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs to deliver scalable services. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows and automated testing practices. Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on AWS and Kubernetes platforms, including OpenShift. A curiosity for using AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and developer productivity.
