As our new Cleaning Crew Coordinator, reporting to the Property Care Team Leader, you will empower supported employees with a disability to build skills, confidence, and independence while delivering high?quality cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset who enjoys hands?on work, is comfortable cleaning and leading by example, and is passionate about mentoring others while creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment. Monday to Friday, 8-4pm. About The Role Coach and mentor supported employees in cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safe work practices Allocate daily cleaning tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard Provide on-the-job training that builds new skills for people with a disability Undertake cleaning duties across Scope offices, including bathroom, kitchen, and general areas Conduct quality checks and maintain cleaning records Comply with Scope's workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role and/or experience supporting people with a disability. Clear communication, high emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills Current NSW Driver’s License (P2 and above) WWCC | NDISWC | First Aid and CPR | NDIS Orientation Module All applicants must have full working rights.
