Commencing in ASAP, you will be working a 15/13 roster at Barrow Island, point of hire is Perth, WA. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of Electricians and E&I Technicians to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines. Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation. 15:13 roster 12-hour days (per full shift worked) About you: WA Electrical Licence Cert IV Instrumentation CPR / LVR Proven experience in a supervisory position Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
