We are a service that supports the handling of corporate knowledge of the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) and works collaboratively across departments to support informed decision-making, compliance, and the effective management of hospital information. The Role: Under the direction of the Corporate Records Manager and via the hierarchy of authority, the Director, Health Information Management Services (HIMS): Undertake the day-to-day operations and remediation activities for corporate records management within the Tasmanian Health Service (THS) which adheres to legislative requirements and best practice in the management of business and administrative records. Provide advice and guidance to staff on all elements of the records management lifecycle. Coordinate specific tasks and engage in other relevant duties to support the Corporate Records Manager as and when required. Details of appointment: Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
