Position Summary Red Power Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and analytical ICT Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, business process optimisation, and the effective integration of ICT systems across its operations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, document, and translate business and system requirements into practical technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, performance reporting, and compliance outcomes. Key Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with business clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and formally document business and system requirements for ICT solutions. Review and assess existing business processes, workflows, and operational practices to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement through technology. Analyse system inefficiencies and recommend improved business processes, system configurations, and functional enhancements aligned with client objectives. Apply project management methodologies to assist in planning, estimating costs, allocating resources, and coordinating the delivery of ICT projects and system implementations. Oversee the deployment of functional ICT solutions by developing, executing, and validating system and user acceptance test plans to ensure quality, reliability, and data integrity. Prepare comprehensive user documentation and training materials, and deliver structured training sessions to support effective system adoption by end users. Develop detailed functional and business specifications to guide system developers and technical teams during the design, configuration, and enhancement of IT systems. Use data modelling, process modelling, and systems analysis techniques to produce clear technical specifications supporting the development of software, applications, and infrastructure solutions. Act as a key point of reference throughout system implementation projects, providing expert guidance and supporting informed decision-making for clients and project stakeholders. Consult with developers, engineers, and end users to design and implement improvements to the functionality, performance, and usability of websites, applications, and enterprise systems supported by Red Power Pty Ltd. Education & Qualifications Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in a relevant ICT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline; and Master’s degree in Technology with a specialisation in Business Analytics (or relevant) will be highly preferred. Work Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or ICT Business Analyst role, including exposure to data analysis, process documentation, and requirements gathering. Required Skills Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, process optimisation, and requirements documentation. Strong understanding of ICT system integration and the application of technology solutions to business processes.
