What you’ll do: We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our growing Mining team, delivering sustaining capital projects for some of Australia’s most significant mining operations. Based in Adelaide, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving technical excellence, strengthening client relationships, and guiding multidisciplinary project teams across a diverse portfolio of brownfield mining projects. Lead and coordinate engineering delivery across multiple sustaining capital projects. Provide technical direction and oversight to ensure project quality, safety, and compliance. Work closely with clients to understand operational needs and develop practical engineering solutions. Manage engineering scope, schedules, design reviews, and project governance. Mentor and guide a team of engineers and designers across mining, mechanical, structural, electrical, and civil disciplines. Collaborate with national and global WSP experts to bring best‑practice engineering to every project. Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and digital engineering initiatives within the Mining group. About You A recognised Engineering degree and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status Significant experience in mining, sustaining capital, or brownfield project environments Proven capability leading multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong communication, client‑facing, and stakeholder management skills A commitment to safety, quality engineering, and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment Why WSP?
