Our client is seeking a detail-oriented OH&S Specialist to oversee occupational health and safety practices within a clinical environment. This role is to oversee clinics based all over Victoria and focuses on implementing and maintaining safety standards to ensure a secure working environment. Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for all workplace activities. Provide training and guidance to staff on OH&S regulations and best practices. Monitor compliance with workplace safety standards and legislative requirements. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and reports. Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety across all departments. Stay updated on industry-specific safety regulations and standards. Profile A successful OH&S Specialist should have: Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. Experience in the medical, dental or veterinary sector would be preferred. Strong knowledge of Australian workplace health and safety legislation. Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures. Excellent communication and training skills. Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation. Job Offer Competitive salary package ranging from AUD 132,000 to AUD 145,000. Inclusive of base salary plus superannuation.
