The Role You will support young people living in out-of-home care by providing: Active Support • Meal preparation, dressing, transport, and social activities • Assistance to plan and achieve daily goals Health Support • Administering and documenting medication • Following individual health support plans Positive Behaviour Support • Managing behaviours, triggers, and escalations in line with support strategies Safeguarding • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both yourself and the young person • Completing required documentation and incident reports About You • Genuine motivation to work with young people • Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and overnight shifts • Current paid Working With Children Check • National Police Check • Valid driver’s licence • Current First Aid certificate • Recent psychological assessment or willingness to obtain one • Relevant qualification or currently working toward a diploma or degree For more information, please click the link provided.
