We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. As an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth. Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets. Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products. Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients. Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products. Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards. About you Thrive in a collaborative working environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Must be a self-starter and be willing to stick to a business plan. Requires independent travel, including overnight stays in remote locations. Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community. Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills. Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients. Hold a valid driver’s license A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
