No weekend work! Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm Buderim Gardens is a place that feels truly alive, where unique homes sit within lush gardens and peaceful natural surroundings. Situated on 60 acres, residents enjoy walking trails that weave past lakes and rainforest areas, with well-maintained gardens connecting each property. As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving. About YouThe successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or tradesperson or experience in a similar role, as well as: Be organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks Effective communication skills Be computer literate e.g. basic knowledge with using Excel, Word and Outlook Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job Hold a current Australian Drivers licence A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one) The ability to take initiative and be pro-active The ability to work individually and in a team Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate on-site.
