This new opportunity is a fantastic chance for someone with Underwriting & sales experience within the Insurance industry. Our client is a leader in their specialised field, and the projected growth of the business makes it an exciting time to join this reputable agency with this new Business Development Underwriting role. Duties Include: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. Responsible for the day-to-day growth of portfolios. Achieve new business targets. Work closely with Underwriting team. Represent the organisation at industry events to enhance market presence Active participation in business development activities. To Be Successful: At least 5 years Underwriting or BDM experience. Insurance industry knowledge is preferred. Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach. A positive, growth mindset attitude! Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, strategic and results-driven approach.
