With a high volume of local and visiting clientele, we need a professional who can deliver precision cuts and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality haircuts including skin fades, scissor work, and clipper work. Provide traditional cut-throat razor shaves and premium beard grooming services. Conduct client consultations to recommend styles and maintenance products. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workstation independently. Essential Selection Criteria Qualification: Certificate III in Barbering (SHB30516) or equivalent trade qualification. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time industry experience. Technical Skills: Mastery of all modern and classic cutting techniques and face-shaving. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
