This full-time, permanent Practice Admin Manager role is suited to an experienced professional who enjoys coordinating day-to-day operations and being a key support to both leadership and the wider team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth office operations through effective systems, clear processes and proactive coordination. You will work closely with senior leaders, administrative staff, clients and service providers to maintain operational efficiency and a positive working environment. To be successful, you will ideally have at least one year of full-time experience in an Office Manager or similar role, supported by a diploma or higher qualification in business administration or a related field or alternatively three or more years’ relevant experience. Strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, confidence using office and cloud-based systems and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team are essential. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, value structure and clear processes and demonstrate initiative in improving how things are done.
