This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely rostering and payroll sign-off for all AHSS employees. The role also supports recruitment, onboarding and proactive leave management, while providing leadership and guidance to the Workforce Roster Coordinators. The Workforce Team Leader ensures high-quality service delivery, fosters collaboration and drives continuous improvement in workforce operations.
