About the Role Toll People are seeking reliable warehouse operators to join our Northgate team. These roles offer consistent work in a safety‑focused environment across ambient, air‑conditioned, and cooler areas, with long‑term potential and a pathway to permanency. Shift & Pay Start Time: 6:00am Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime Rate: $33.08 per hour Location: Northgate, North Brisbane Key Responsibilities Pick orders using RF scanners Pack, label, and prepare outbound goods Perform occasional medium‑to‑heavy lifting Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow all site safety procedures Assist with put‑away, replenishment, and stock counts Skills & Experience Warehouse or logistics experience highly regarded Pharmaceutical manufacturing/distribution experience advantageous Confident using RF scanners Physically fit and comfortable with constant movement Strong communication and reliable work ethic Safety‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Able to pass a pre‑employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening PPE Requirements Steel cap boots Hi-vis clothing No singlets (shoulders must be covered) Role Summary A hands‑on warehouse role focused on accurate picking, packing, and general warehouse duties.
