Large Australian Retailer - Distribution Centre We are seeking experienced LF and LO forklift operators to join the team at a major Australian retailer's distribution centre. This position involves a combination of forklift operation and manual labour, suited to individuals who are safety‑focused, physically capable, and experienced in high‑reach environments. What You'll Need Current LF and/or LO forklift licence (essential) Minimum 2 years of high‑reach forklift experience Ability to perform manual handling tasks throughout the shift Strong understanding of warehouse safety and operational standards Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced DC environment Role Responsibilities High‑reach forklift operation LO order picking and pallet movements Replenishment, put‑aways, and stock rotation Manual labour including lifting, stacking, and general warehouse duties Maintaining a clean and safe work area Following all DC safety and operational procedures Rosters Available Two roster patterns are available: Roster 1: Tuesday - Saturday Start time: 5:54am Roster 2: Wednesday - Sunday Weekday start time: 1:54pm Weekend start time: 10:54pm Pay Range Due to varying shift times and applicable penalties, pay rates fall within the range of $34.32 to $42.56 per hour .
