We're seeking a Diabetes Educator to join a Primary Health team delivering person-centred diabetes care across regional and rural NSW. This role offers strong autonomy, outreach work, and the opportunity to improve health outcomes for diverse populations. The Role Deliver diabetes education to individuals, families and groups Provide outreach services across Dubbo, Orange, Cowra, Forbes, Parkes and surrounding communities Work closely with GPs, Aboriginal Health Services and community providers Support coordinated multidisciplinary care Contribute to best-practice service delivery and education programs Improve access and health outcomes for priority populations This position offers variety, independence and meaningful community impact. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Dietetics, Podiatry, Pharmacy or Exercise Physiology AHPRA registration (or eligibility where applicable) Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education (or willingness to obtain) ADEA credentialling (or working towards) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team Strong organisational and digital capability Current Driver's Licence Desirable Experience in Rural Health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, Telehealth, Health Promotion or Research.
