The Role As a Junior Stockbroker, you will work closely with an experienced Head of Desk, focusing on: Client acquisition and business development Engaging and qualifying prospective investors Educating clients on investment opportunities and market trends Booking and preparing prospects for senior broker meetings Following up to convert and close new business Building the foundations of your own future client book You will receive structured training, daily mentorship, and exposure to institutional-grade research and global markets.
