About the Role As a Scrub Scout Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting cardiothoracic surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence. You will work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and theatre staff in a fast-paced operating theatre environment.
