Due to our growth , we’re on the lookout for a top talent BMS Technician. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions. This role is based out of our Melbourne office. Description What will you do? Maintenance, service repairs, engineering, delivery, and commissioning of BMS Systems Identify opportunities for system optimisation and enhancements Work with some of the best technicians Australia has to offer Identify hazards and safety issues Provide detailed information for quotes Liaising with work coordinators and management Provide high level customer service to clients. Identify opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business Support the Victorian BMS team and assist across VIC regions where required. Skills And Experiences So, what do we need? Full Electrical or Restricted Disconnect/Reconnect License Hands on experience with electrical repairs, emergency breakdowns, maintenance, and installations within a commercial space Niagara Certification and a thorough understanding of BMS systems software – Niagara (AX and N4) Experience with Easy IO or Honeywell WEBS software will be highly regarded Hands on experience as a HVAC technician will also be highly regarded. Current OHS/WHS Construction induction card and Current Driver’s license Strong technology knowledge, fault finding and decision-making skills Highly developed interpersonal skills , professional attitude, and great personal presentation. Confidence in quoting small works Demonstrated ability to project manage minor works Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality and safety Capability to develop and maintain client relationships Why Grosvenor?
