You will manage an education portfolio, build capability across Cancer Services, and create clear learning pathways that support safe, high quality care. • Deliver education and skills for cancer nurses • Design staff sessions and learning resources • Support nurse entry to cancer care • Partner with nurse educators and managers across CALHN • Lead projects and practice change with the Nurse Educator About You You are a capable cancer nurse who enjoys guiding others, shares knowledge clearly, and brings a practical, positive approach to education and change. • Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA registration or eligibility • Proven cancer nursing practice aligned to professional standards • Experience guiding students, ENs and early career RNs • Clear communicator who works well across multidisciplinary teams • Organised, self driven and responsive to education priorities Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
