In this role, you will work within the professional indemnity insurance team acting for insurers and direct corporate clients across a broad spectrum of employment and workplace relations matters. This includes unfair dismissal claims, sexual harassment and discrimination proceedings, enterprise bargaining agreements, workplace policies and procedures, and workplace health and safety issues.
