DNA Healthcare are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator, or a highly experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into the role, to lead a strong clinical team within a beautiful, highly regarded aged care facility based locally to Smithfield in Western Sydney, paying a salary package of up to $129K. This service is recognised for its clinical excellence, compassionate care, and visible, supportive leadership. With well established systems and strong clinical governance frameworks in place, the focus is always on delivering high quality, person centred care while supporting staff to succeed. You will be joining a stable and experienced workforce, including 2 Clinical Care Managers, multiple Clinical Care Coordinators, an experienced Quality team, and 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage, all committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting nurses and care staff in daily clinical care Overseeing care planning and ensuring documentation meets compliance standards Partnering with residents and families to achieve person centred outcomes Monitoring clinical indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives Supporting infection prevention and broader clinical governance processes Working collaboratively with senior leadership to maintain Outstanding standards Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential. This role requires presence, influence, and the ability to build trust within the team.
