You will work alongside national technicians, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to lift safety, quality and maintenance standards over the long term. Key Responsibilities Coach, mentor and develop PNG national mobile maintenance technicians Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on maintenance execution Act as a visible role model for safe work practices and high standards Support diagnostics and fault finding when required Identify skill gaps and recurring technical issues Contribute to continuous improvement, reliability and defect elimination initiatives About You Light Vehicle Trade Qualification Extensive mining experience maintaining Toyota Landcruiser’s, Modern Light Trucks (Hino) and ZF and Allison Automatic Transmissions Underground experience highly regarded High technical credibility Strong focus on safety, quality and disciplined execution Patient, calm and committed to developing national capability About Us FMS Group has been on a journey since its establishment in 2005 as CQ Field Mining Services.
