We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join our team in Adelaide, on an iconic project in the CBD. As a Site Engineer with Lendlease, you will support the delivery of complex construction projects by managing subcontractors, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability standards. You’ll work closely with a Senior Project Engineer and wider site team to plan, coordinate, and execute works efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and monitoring short-range construction programs aligned with project milestones. Administer subcontractor packages, including progress claims, variations, and quality compliance. Implement Lendlease’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System and promote an Incident & Injury Free culture. Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and ensure compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Support sustainability initiatives and maintain statutory compliance records. Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical and commercial issues. To be successful, you will need: Ideally 2-5 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects. (I.e. Commercial, residential, defence and healthcare). Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages. Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc). Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming, and quality assurance. Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
