Why You’ll Love This Role Join the team as a Machine Service Technician and make a real difference. You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality machine maintenance services across Kieser’s sites, with a key focus on service delivery, timely resolution of maintenance issues and routine checks/maintenance. What You’ll Do Manage Kieser’s machine maintenance requirements nationally (in conjunction with MCCs) Manage warehouse activities including stock movements and spare parts Manage machine and spare part stocktakes and prepare the stocktake report Coordinate upholstery repair for damaged machine pads Manage work orders Visit clinics to repair machines Weekly on-site machine servicing and audits Record data in Maintenance software What We’re Looking For If you thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment, this role suits someone who can confidently manage national machine maintenance, oversee warehouse operations and stock control, coordinate upholstery repairs, handle work orders, conduct clinic‑based repairs and weekly servicing audits, and maintain accurate records in maintenance software. Must-haves Valid working rights in Australia Certificate or Diploma in Medical Fitting/Turning, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
