The role The role is a hands‑on Facilities Manager position responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient day‑to‑day operation of a mixed commercial portfolio across Perth CBD and close surroundings. It focuses on maintenance coordination, contractor management and tenant support to ensure each asset is well‑presented and operating smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage daily facilities operations across the Perth CBD portfolio, ensuring all assets are safe, compliant and well‑presented. Act as the primary on‑site contact, completing inspections, compliance checks and site walks across both occupied and vacant properties. Coordinate contractors and maintenance activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Respond quickly to tenant and client requests, providing clear communication and minimising operational disruption. Keep work orders, reports and compliance documentation accurate and up to date, while identifying opportunities to improve asset performance. Work closely with the Account Manager, FM team, landlords and service providers to prioritise work, support minor projects and maintain strong communication.
