About The Role Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team Drive sales, KPIs and profitability in a high-volume retail environment Deliver a premium and consistent customer experience Recruit, onboard and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline Manage store operations including rosters, wages, stock and compliance Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards Act as a brand ambassador for M.J.
