Aestec Services are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join the Aestec team in Gladstone. About the Role: Located in Gladstone QLD, 4680. Permanent full-time ongoing work. Monday to Friday, 50 hour week. Competitive pay rates. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure consistent workflow for the team. It involves preparing clear and concise scopes of work, including time constraints and detailed Bills of Quantities, while providing high-quality communication and liaison with clients. The position also requires modifying data from the client’s SAP system into Aestec’s scheduling system, maintaining a professional and proactive relationship with the client Scheduler, and undertaking other duties as directed by the Manager.
