We are seeking an experienced National Business Partner Manager – Service to lead, develop, and optimise Ricoh’s national authorised service partner network. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary interface between Ricoh and our service partners across Australia, ensuring alignment to our service standards, operational processes, and customer experience expectations. You will drive performance, strengthen relationships, and uplift service delivery outcomes nationally. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with authorised service partners Lead partner onboarding, training, performance management, and escalation processes Monitor partner performance against KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction measures Analyse service financials including costs, claims, rebates, and profitability Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost to serve Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service quality and operational delivery Ensure compliance with Ricoh policies, warranty requirements, and safety standards Collaborate closely with internal Service, Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance teams to resolve issues and implement improvements To be successful in this role: About You Proven experience in service operations, dealer/partner network management, or field service leadership Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on performance data Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence Experience in technical or product‑based service environments (highly regarded) Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to travel regularly in a national capacity What’s On Offer A critical national leadership role with strong visibility and influence The opportunity to shape and uplift service delivery across a national partner network A supportive, values‑driven organisation committed to innovation and continuous improvement Please note: This role requires full working rights in Australia and does not offer sponsorship.
