About the role In this role, you will lead day-to-day communications across five social media platforms, manage website content and governance, and support the delivery of regular e-publications. Working closely with colleagues across the College, you will ensure digital content is clear, accurate, timely and aligned with our communication priorities. This role suits someone who is comfortable balancing strategy and delivery, enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, and can confidently manage multiple pieces of work at once. Key responsibilities include: Leading communications across five social media platforms, including planning, publishing, monitoring and reporting Managing website content and governance, including approvals, content quality, author support and contributing to page design and site improvements Supporting the production and distribution of regular e-publications and digital communications Providing advice and guidance to content owners across the organisation on best practice digital publishing Monitoring performance and using insights to improve digital content and engagement This role is full time, 12 months parental leave cover. About the team You will join our Marketing and Communications team, a high-performing, energetic and collaborative group that works across internal and external communications, marketing, graphic design and media relations. The team partners closely with subject matter experts across the College to promote RACS’ work, strengthen engagement with members, and support the surgical profession. This is a bi-national team that values collaboration, practical problem-solving and shared success. About you You are a confident digital communications professional who brings both judgement and creativity to your work. You are comfortable working autonomously, but you value collaboration and input from others.
