Your Opportunity Full time- Western Sydney Region As the Care Service s Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality community care services across the Western Sydney region. With operational responsibility for care services and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll ensure client needs are met through ethical, person centred and compliant service delivery , q uality community care services across centred and compliant service delivery. With integrity, resilience and strong leadership capability, you will: Lead, develop and support a multidisciplinary care team, including Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Care Team Leaders Recruit, coach and develop staff to perform at their best, addressing performance matters when Drive team engagement, capability and accountability through clear expectations and KPI management Ensure excellent customer experiences for clients, families and advocates through responsive, respectful service delivery Oversee day to day care operations, ensuring services are timely , reliable and aligned to individual client needs t o day care operations, ensuring services are timely , reliable and aligned to individual client needs . Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation and Anglicare policies and procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Anglicare’s CRM and associated systems Manage budgets, optimise funding utilisation and support efficient service delivery Manage complaints and feedback in line with policy and continuous improvement principles Foster partnerships with internal clinical teams, pastoral care, support services and external stakeholders Contribute to service improvement initiatives, audits, reviews and organisational projects Promote Anglicare’s Christian vision, values and culture through leadership and everyday practice Support a strong safety culture by complying with WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents What You’ll Bring You’re an experienced, people focused leader who balances compassion with operational excellence. You will also bring: A degree in Social, Behavioural or Health Sciences (or equivalent relevant qualification) Proven experience leading and managing teams Experience in Home Care or community-based services (highly desirable) Demonstrated experience working with older people and their advocates Strong capability in managing service delivery, budgets and KPIs Confidence using technology, systems and CRM platforms A current driver’s licence Why Anglicare Sydney?
