Description Hours of work - 10.45pm to 7.30am Casual opportunities with options for part-time We are seeking diligent and responsible individuals who have experience working with young people, for the role of Overnight Residential Supervisor. The primary focus of this position is to provide active overnight supervision and pastoral care to students residing in the Boarding Houses by regularly and randomly circulating through each area and responding to any needs that may arise overnight with an acute focus on student safety and support. Skills And Experiences KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar’s values. An understanding of the wellbeing needs of young people. Experience working in a supervisory role within a residential or care setting. Demonstrated maturity, reliability, and ability to work independently. Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout overnight hours.
