We're looking for a curious, proactive Investment Associate to join our team at Initiative. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, learning how media campaigns come to life, and collaborating in a fast-paced team environment. What you'll do: Support the delivery and tracking of media campaigns Assist with reporting, analysis, and budget tracking Work with internal agencies and tools to manage data and bookings Help prepare presentations and support client communications What we're looking for: Degree (or equivalent) in media, marketing, business, or related field Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills Great attention to detail, communication, and teamwork A curious mindset and eagerness to learn This is a great opportunity to build foundational skills in media investment and grow your career with a global agency.
