You’re New Role Clients & Business Development Running a 360 recruitment desk with the freedom to make it your own Business Development – building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients Sourcing top-notch talent for our clients whilst understanding role requirements Prepare and negotiate terms, rates, contracts and services agreements Smashing targets and being rewarded for it Candidate Sourcing and Attraction Source candidates using job boards, CRM, referrals and networking Screening and interviewing Maintain talent pools and pipelines for future roles Advertising – social media and direct outreach Recruitment & Placement Match suitable candidates to client roles (casual and permanent) Coordinate interviews, inductions and onboarding Compliance management Manage employment offers and placement confirmations Who you are Proven experience in recruitment, labour hire or workforce solutions Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Demonstrated experience building and maintaining client relationships Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, CRM’s and direct methods Background recruiting in Spectra’s specialisms Ability to manage multiple roles, clients and priorities You’re Rewards A competitive base salary commission Industry leading systems and support Flexibility (WFH Fridays & negotiable start and finish times) A non corporate office – we like to work hard and have fun. 100% energy Regular team events throughout the year Weekly/Monthly lunches If you have the right attitude, not afraid of hustle, want to work hard and play hard then we want to hear from you.
