Urgent Temporary to Permanent Opportunity | Melbourne North/East Miller Leith is currently partnering with a highly regarded organisation based in Melbourne’s North/East, seeking an immediantly availble, experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on an initial 8-week temporary assignment , with a strong view to permanent employment . This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting CEO and general HR operations as well as two other senior leaders within a dynamic and growing business. It will suit someone who is adaptable, proactive, and confident operating independently once provided with clear direction. The RoleIn this role, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and HR Manager , while also working closely with the Production Manager and CFO . You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive and HR functions. Key details: Initial 8-week temporary contract with genuine temp-to-perm potential $50 - $55 per hour super Full-time, 5 days per week on-site Melbourne North/East location Immediate start preferred Key Responsibilities: Executive Support & Business Administration Provide responsive, high-level administrative support to senior leaders Create, format and edit professional documents, reports and correspondence Build and maintain polished PowerPoint presentations for executive and business use Support the preparation of proposals, tenders and other commercial documentation Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of discretion Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level HR Administration Prepare employment contracts, letters of offer and HR correspondence Merge, populate and manage HR templates and documentation Process pay adjustments and general HR updates in line with internal processes Support onboarding activities for new starters Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the HR Manager Assist the Production Manager and CFO with basic HR-related queries and documentation Your experience: An experienced Executive Assistant and/or HR Administrator Agile, adaptable and comfortable working in a hands-on environment A practical “can-do” operator who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves Highly detail-oriented, with strong document formatting and presentation skills Able to work at pace, manage urgency and meet deadlines Available to start immediately or at short notice How to Apply If you are looking for a short-term opportunity with strong long-term potential and enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.
