Senior Estimator $120k to $140k Super | Buderim | Full Time Office Based (Flexible Hours) An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established Queensland construction company known for delivering quality residential projects across South East Queensland. This growing builder has a strong reputation for custom homes, infill developments, duplexes and townhomes, backed by a team with over 60 years’ combined experience and a focus on exceptional communication, process and client service. About the Role You will work across both sales estimating and production estimating, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the pre-construction process. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing residential build estimates • Reviewing specifications and documentation • Quality checking production estimates once jobs are released • Working closely with an offshore estimating team to ensure consistency and accuracy • Supporting internal teams with pricing, variations and buildability questions • Maintaining strong estimating processes and documentation standards You’ll be based in the Buderim office and collaborate closely with the wider construction and admin teams using Buildertrend . About You You’re an experienced residential estimator who thrives on detail, structure and teamwork.
