The firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Supervisor to join its team on a full-time basis, offering the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, cloud-based environment with flexible work arrangements and strong career development support. The successful candidate will lead and support a team of accountants, oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide technical guidance on complex accounting and compliance matters, whilst also contributing to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and tax coordination. The role requires strong client relationship management skills, a proactive approach to process improvement, and the ability to deliver insightful financial advice that supports client decision-making and business growth. To succeed, candidates will require a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, CA or CPA qualification (or working towards), at least five years’ relevant Australian experience, strong leadership capability, advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks, excellent analytical skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
