The Role You will lead the design, development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, working across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power BI. Design and develop model-driven and canvas Power Apps Architect scalable solutions using Microsoft Dataverse Implement business logic, security roles and data relationships Automate workflows and system integrations using Power Automate Deliver BI dashboards and data transformation using Power BI & Power Query Develop modern SharePoint Online SPFx solutions (React, JS, CSS, HTML) Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Lead solution design within a small agile team environment The Ideal Person You are an experienced Power Platform specialist who thrives in small, high-performing teams where your expertise genuinely matters. You bring: Extensive experience across Power Apps (canvas & model-driven) Strong Dataverse knowledge (entities, relationships, security roles) Proven agile / scrum delivery experience End-to-end software development capability Experience acting as the key technical lead in a small team Strong stakeholder communication skills Expertise in Power Automate and Power BI Experience with SPFx, React, HTML, CSS & JavaScript Highly regarded: Microsoft Copilot Studio exposure .NET / C# development experience SQL Server capability Azure and DevOps CI/CD familiarity Rate $130/hr - $150/hr incl super dependent on experience 15 month contract 2 x 12 month extensions How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
