Who You Are We are seeking a skilled Renderer (Solid Plaster) to join our team. Responsibilities Surface Preparation & Rendering Application Prepare substrates including concrete, plasterboard, masonry, and tiled surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and priming. Mix and apply cement-based renders, microcement, and other finishing compounds using hand tools and mechanical methods. Apply multiple coats of render and seamless cementitious finishes to walls, floors, façades, and joinery surfaces. Achieve smooth, textured, or decorative finishes according to project specifications. Carry out grind and seal and surface refinement works where required. Repair and restore damaged rendered surfaces and rectify imperfections. Ensure all finishes meet quality, durability, and aesthetic standards. Inspect completed work and perform detailing and touch-ups. Maintain records of materials used and completed works. Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working condition. Follow workplace health and safety procedures and building regulations. Collaborate with project managers, builders, and other trades on site. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Renderer . Strong knowledge of rendering techniques, microcement or decorative coatings, and surface preparation. High attention to detail and commitment to premium finishes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards. What We Offer Full-time, permanent position. Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience). Note: Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
