The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced contractor coordinator to join our winery maintenance team in the role of Contactor Coordinator - Winery . Key Responsibilities Include: Contractor management including engagement, induction, onboarding, verification of compliance and suitability, review of completion of works, performance evaluation Scheduling preventative maintenance Maintenance of accurate records of inductions, risk assessments, permits, work orders, service history Communicate maintenance schedules and planned works with internal teams to minimize operational disruption Coordinate emergency and reactive maintenance as required, including after-hours support About You: You will have at least 2 years’ experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or contractor supervision in a winery, food & beverage, manufacturing, or industrial environment, and a strong working knowledge of WHS principles, induction, risk assessments, and a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. In addition you will have: Strong organisation, documentation, and monitoring skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple contractors and priorities in a timely manner Intermediate level of computer literacy with Office365 applications High level of attention to detail and accuracy, and numerical skills.
