We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Sales Manager to drive our blueberry sales strategy across Australia from our Perth base. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for expanding market share, strengthening key retail relationships, and executing a regional strategy aligned with global objectives. Key Performance Outputs Consumer Market & Business Development Identify and secure new growth opportunities Manage and grow strategic/key retail accounts Conduct market reviews and competitor analysis Develop budgets, pricing models, and sales forecasts Deliver against global sales targets Program & Sales Management Manage seasonal marketing programs Set benchmark pricing per tier in line with strategy Facilitate optimal product placement in the right markets Travel to key clients and emerging markets Host and guide clients during supplier (farm) visits Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations Sales Administration & Client Care Oversee sales administration processes Ensure payment terms and credit limits are managed Monitor debtor payments and quality claims Provide crop updates, market intelligence, and regular client feedback Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries Grower & Brand Commitment Ensure growers receive the best possible returns Protect and enhance brand reputation in every interaction Requirements What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade or similar (ideal) Proven track record as a Sales Manager within the Australian blueberry industry Strong experience dealing with major retail chains Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deep understanding of fruit marketing and product knowledge Strong commercial acumen with pricing and profitability management experience Exceptional relationship-building skillsTarget-driven mindset with resilience under pressure Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented approach Tact, discretion, and professional maturity Why Join Us?
