We are currently seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our clients based in Brisbane, QLD. These full-time positions offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on the role and level of experience. In this hands on roles, the chosen candidates must: Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guide lines Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service Assist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are met Able to work unsupervised and harmoniously with the rest of the brigade To be successful for this role you will possess the following: At least 1-Year of relevant employment experience is required in prep and a la carte essential (Lunch & Dinner) Hold relevant industry trade qualifications Experience in fast paced, service and quality focused venues Guest orientated and passionate about food Sound knowledge of food hygiene practices The ability to work well under pressure with an eye for detail Excellent interpersonal skills, relatively good English communication skills Possess a positive attitude and work well as a part of the team IMMEDIATE START PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME & THE SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED SOON.
