About the Opportunity Council is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Records Officer to join the Corporate Services team on a part-time, two-year term contract. This role is responsible for providing efficient and accurate records and information management services in accordance with legislative requirements, Council procedures and best practice standards. Reporting to the Manager – Information Services, the Records Officer supports the organisation through the processing and maintenance of electronic and physical records and the management of incoming and outgoing mail. The role also provides proactive records and document management advice and support to staff, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance across Council. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, accuracy, confidentiality and delivering quality customer service in a busy office environment.
