Your day-to-day won’t be the same, your work will directly impact people getting back into the workforce helping with pre-employment medicals and injury management services. You will manage everything from treatment room compliance to candidate experience, ensuring that the clinic operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest clinical standard. Key Responsibilities: Injury Management: Deliver early intervention and evidence‑based injury management services to support safe and sustainable recovery. Return‑to‑Work Services: Coordinate and implement tailored return‑to‑work programs, including functional assessments and graded duties planning. Manage relationships like a pro (doctors, clinicians, customers and everyone in between) Bring calm to the chaos and structure to our growing team Maintain treatment rooms, manage stock, and ensure compliance with sterilisation and safety protocols. Support occupational health assessment, triage of non-emergent injuries, and collaborate across clinical teams. About you: Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist. Experience/ Skills / Attributes Extensive experience in improving customer experiences and operational efficiency. Exceptional communication and time management skills Experience with stakeholder engagement and building strong relationships. Basic computer literacy and attention to detail A sense of humour and a healthy obsession with good coffee Who is Logic Health?
